Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.) into core business operations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-7 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation user experiences and interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, and immersive systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published work on future technology trends (white papers, patents, or industry publications)
