Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive tech shifts and market evolutions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic tech insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological innovation impact and competitive advantage
- Build and maintain a global network of tech futurists and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their industry applications
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certifications in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or equivalent preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
