Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Prototype immersive interfaces using AR/VR and neural interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and digital twins
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and industry consortiums
- Manage innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab and Stanford partnerships
- Author thought leadership pieces for IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurist Studies
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research in top-tier journals (ACM/IEEE)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and Unity for rapid prototyping
- Previous experience with DARPA or EU Horizon Europe projects
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 infrastructure and zero-knowledge proofs
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global collaboration
