- Manage $2M innovation budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- 5+ years in technology R&D with quantum/AI specialization
- Published research in IEEE Nature on emerging tech
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance (AIGC)
- Portfolio of deployed futuristic systems
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA programs preferred
