Responsibilities
- Develop predictive technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Design scalable frameworks for next-gen cybersecurity and data sovereignty
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and regulatory bodies
- Author white papers on metaverse governance and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, bio, AI, etc.)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience advising global policy bodies on tech regulation
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (highly preferred)
