Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology forecasting roadmap for AI/ML, IoT, and biotech integration
- Lead ideation sessions for next-gen human-machine interfaces and immersive experiences
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-ready features in current development cycles
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven future-planning impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Strong track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
