Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum-resistant cryptography and climate-positive technologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps for post-AI-integration human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with neurotech startups to prototype brain-compute interfaces for 2026 deployment
- Architect decentralized governance systems for autonomous AI entities
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Mentor emerging talent in our FutureTech Accelerator program
- Publish white papers on ethical AI evolution and singularity preparation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cognitive Science, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record shipping at least two paradigm-shifting technologies
- Deep expertise in post-quantum cryptography and AGI safety frameworks
- Experience with neuro-implantation protocols or neural network optimization
- Published research in Nature/Science on climate-positive technology
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating human-AI co-design projects with measurable impact
