- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into development pipelines
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry foresight forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a 2026-focused innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
