Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2027) to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for AI/quantum convergence in enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical roadmaps with business objectives
- Produce foresight reports on metaverse, neurotech, and climate-tech intersections
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists on scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning at Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level insights
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
