Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-focused solutions into current offerings
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with $1M+ annual budgets
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of forward-thinking creativity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism with proven impact on long-term roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives or products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative contributions to tech evolution
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
