Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years R&D
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Fluency in future forecasting frameworks (Delphi, scenario planning)
- 3+ patents in emerging technology domains
