Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, biotechnology convergence, and decentralized networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven climate resilience systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to implement 2026-readiness frameworks
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and human augmentation protocols
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and IEEE future-tech summits
- Manage a $5M R&D portfolio for experimental technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML systems at FAANG or equivalent
- Deep expertise in Web3 infrastructure and zero-knowledge proofs
- Fluency in at least 2 programming languages (Python, Rust, or Haskell preferred)
- Experience with UN SDG tech implementation frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercially deployed future-tech solutions
- Certification in Systems Thinking from MIT Sloan or equivalent
