As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with R&D leaders, product architects, and venture partners to develop long-term technology adoption frameworks. You'll represent our company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership that influences industry direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead 5-10 year technology horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across industries
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Author whitepapers and present at global technology forums
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for partnership opportunities
- Build cross-functional teams to prototype future technology scenarios
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of publishing industry foresight reports
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience working with Fortune 500 technology roadmaps
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- PhD or equivalent thought leadership credentials preferred
