Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across quantum AI, biotech integration, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 5-10 year implementation horizons
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions for future-tech validation
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.) to identify commercial opportunities
- Present future-tech forecasts to C-suite executives and government technology councils
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2030 sustainability challenges through technology
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and strategic tech assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing next-gen technologies with 5+ year implementation cycles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI safety
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption scenarios and strategic pivots
- Strong understanding of global tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
