Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Author seminal whitepapers and deliver keynote speeches at Davos, CES, and UN Innovation Summits
- Design and implement exponential technology incubation programs with $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and national innovation agencies
- Chair the Global 2026 Tech Council, shaping policy for ethical AI and sustainable tech deployment
- Oversee patent portfolio development targeting 200+ novel technology applications
- Drive corporate venture investments in frontier startups (>$100M allocation)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 15+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of developing commercialized breakthrough technologies (3+ exits)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Published author in Nature, Science, or IEEE Spectrum on exponential technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Former CTO role at Fortune 500 tech company or unicorn startup
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SAP) for national innovation projects
