Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Lead innovation workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Author strategic white papers on future tech adoption patterns
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity and innovation ROI
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups
- Represent company at global tech foresight forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or architecture with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech forecasting (blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global engagement
