Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ tech trends including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies into commercial products
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, design, and business teams
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Prototype experimental solutions using cutting-edge development tools
- Present findings at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology research
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Strong background in data visualization and scenario planning methodologies
- Published research or patents in future-oriented technologies
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
