Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in next-gen technology sectors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage cross-functional innovation task forces
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technology ROI and impact
- Stay ahead of regulatory and ethical considerations in emerging tech deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in implementing future-facing tech transformations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, CEIM)
