Qualifications

- Published research on quantum computing or AI governance (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Deep understanding of blockchain, IoT, and neurotechnology convergence
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
