Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct cutting-edge research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) and their market viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop proof-of-concepts for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop KPIs to measure long-term technological impact and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or nanotechnology
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
