As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional experts to develop future-proof strategies, identify disruptive opportunities, and translate visionary concepts into actionable roadmaps. Your insights will directly shape our product development, investment priorities, and competitive positioning in the rapidly changing tech landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to create strategic roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate future market disruptions and competitive threats
- Develop innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of next-gen technologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Manage a dedicated innovation lab exploring technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Establish KPIs for tracking technology adoption curves and market readiness metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and translating insights into executable strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps with multi-year implementation horizons
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards of directors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Technology Planning preferred
