Responsibilities
- Map and analyze emerging technology trends (2024-2026 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and execute 3-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead strategic initiatives in AI ethics, quantum adoption, and climate-tech integration
- Present future scenarios and technology impact assessments to executive stakeholders
- Build and mentor an innovation lab team focused on prototyping 2026-ready solutions
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for cutting-edge research
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and ROI for future-facing projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or equivalent
