Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Forecast industry disruptions and identify emerging technology inflection points
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum applications
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or neurotechnology
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary R&D initiatives
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
