Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives for decentralized autonomous systems (DAOs) and Web3.0 infrastructure
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and incubate 2026-disruptive startups
- Author thought leadership on post-silicon computing paradigms
- Architect carbon-negative technology ecosystems for global deployment
- Coordinate with UN Technology Task Force on SDG alignment protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in deploying production-level quantum computing solutions
- Expertise in federated learning and zero-trust architecture design
- Published research on post-quantum cryptography or neuromorphic computing
- Experience with ISO 42001 AI management systems certification
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms beyond Proof-of-Work
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable 10x technology innovations
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
