Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse ecosystems) and their business implications for 2026
- Develop 3-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and boards
- Establish ethical frameworks for future technology adoption
- Monitor global tech policy shifts affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (demonstrated via published work)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Excellent executive communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- PhD or Master's in Technology Foresight, Systems Engineering, or related field
