Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in R&D or innovation
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products with >$100M impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in agile methodologies and emerging tech forecasting
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ engineers
