Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum) that provide a competitive edge.
- System Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable system architectures capable of handling high-velocity data streams and advanced AI workloads.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for next-generation AI integrations and autonomous system behaviors.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into clear, actionable strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure all future-tech implementations adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with hands-on experience in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and implementing future-forward technologies ahead of the market curve.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
