Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable impact milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 3D-printed infrastructure and autonomous systems
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data narratives
- Mentor emerging talent in future-proof technology methodologies
- Oversee $50M+ R&D budget allocation for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or climate tech innovation
- Track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Sustainable Systems
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, Haskell preferred)
- Experience securing Series C+ funding for visionary projects
