Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Lead the creation of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, design, and business units to translate long-term vision into quarterly execution plans.
- Risk Management: Assess potential technological disruptions and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets and innovation pipelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex futuristic concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee pilot programs for next-generation technologies, ensuring they align with the 2026 vision before full-scale rollout.
- Data-Driven Predictions: Utilize predictive analytics to forecast market shifts and consumer behavior changes leading up to 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated history of defining long-term product roadmaps and navigating complex technological transitions.
- Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Quantum) and their potential impact on business models.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
