Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technological roadmap with measurable impact milestones
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and global innovation councils
- Drive R&D investments in emergent fields including synthetic biology and decentralized AI
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and cognitive enhancement technologies
- Mentor next-generation futurists in our innovation accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record of launching at least two paradigm-shifting products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or government grants
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field, futurist certification, or demonstrable industry impact
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
