Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Predict future market shifts and recommend agile pivots to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the budget allocation for long-term infrastructure projects and innovation labs.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future tech initiatives.
- Represent the company as a thought leader in industry forums discussing the trajectory of technology in 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, product management, or senior engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps (5+ year horizon) with measurable outcomes.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and their potential impact on business models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership in high-growth environments and experience managing large-scale technical teams.
