Responsibilities
- Architect and implement technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Develop patent-pending solutions for ethical AI deployment frameworks
- Partner with VCs and startups to identify acquisition opportunities
- Present futuristic tech strategies to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in emerging tech development with 3+ patents
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants and DARPA contracts
- Published author in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Global network of 500+ tech innovators and researchers
