Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Workflows: Design and implement sophisticated multi-agent systems that leverage LLMs for complex reasoning and task execution.
- Optimize Model Performance: Fine-tune foundation models and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) strategies to enhance accuracy and reduce hallucination.
- Build Scalable Infrastructure: Construct robust Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch pipelines capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Deploy AI Agents: Transition proof-of-concept models into production-grade autonomous agents with self-healing capabilities.
- Collaborate on Safety: Work with the research team to establish ethical guardrails and safety protocols for autonomous decision-making.
- Research & Innovate: Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends, specifically focusing on Agentic AI architectures and predictive modeling.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent 5+ years of experience in a senior role).
- Core Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning principles, specifically Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning.
- Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow; experience with Rust or Go for system-level performance.
- LLM Experience: Proven track record of working with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- System Design: Strong skills in designing distributed systems, managing vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus), and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, high-complexity technical challenges with creative solutions.
