Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing integration and advanced machine learning models.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring code quality and security standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.

- Optimize existing systems for speed and efficiency, reducing latency in high-volume data processing.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on ethical AI and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern neural network frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
