Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct bias audits and ethical risk assessments for ML models and autonomous systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on AI governance and societal impact
- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive analytics
- Author thought leadership on responsible AI adoption for 2026 readiness
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI principles and best practices
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible AI governance
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation for machine learning models
- Proven track record of developing corporate AI ethics policies
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership
- Published research or thought leadership on AI ethics (2020-2025)
- Experience with ethical AI tools: IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool
