Responsibilities
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI systems deployed in critical infrastructure by 2026
- Anticipate societal disruptions from quantum computing and biotech advances
- Advise executive leadership on long-term strategy for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product development with human-centric values
- Author white papers on AI governance for global policy summits
- Monitor emerging regulations (EU AI Act, US federal initiatives) and ensure compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Technology, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Published work on AI ethics or technology forecasting (peer-reviewed journals)
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and global regulatory trends
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across government, academia, and industry
- Strong analytical skills for modeling complex socio-technical systems
- Exceptional written communication for technical and non-technical audiences
