Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks for enterprise-level systems
- Conduct bias audits and ethical impact assessments on AI algorithms
- Develop transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) implementations
- Create policy recommendations for regulatory bodies and industry standards
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering, legal, and research teams
- Research emerging AI risks (e.g., autonomous weapons, deepfakes) and mitigation strategies
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI practices and ethical deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 5+ years experience)
- Proven experience in AI ethics, algorithmic auditing, or governance frameworks
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and their ethical implications
- Exceptional written communication for policy documents and stakeholder reports
- Published research on AI ethics or responsible technology (preferred)
