Responsibilities

- Establish governance protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption in product roadmaps and engineering processes
- Monitor global AI ethics legislation and translate compliance requirements into actionable guidelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven expertise in developing AI governance frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques for large language models and computer vision systems
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible AI development preferred
