Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional bias audits across machine learning pipelines
- Develop predictive risk mitigation models for emerging AI applications
- Author industry white papers on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Collaborate with policy teams to shape regulatory compliance standards
- Conduct scenario planning for AI-human interaction paradigms
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical technology methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology (top-tier conferences)
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical/non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tools development
- Track record of influencing corporate AI policy decisions
