Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks compliant with 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI systems across product lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles into AI development
- Lead stakeholder engagement with regulators, clients, and industry consortia
- Establish monitoring protocols for AI system fairness and transparency
- Create educational programs on responsible AI for internal teams and external partners
- Stay ahead of emerging legislation and ethical standards in global AI governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI Framework, and evolving US regulations
- Proficiency in bias detection tools and algorithmic auditing methodologies
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management in tech environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CIPP, CIPM) highly valued
