Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for generative AI and autonomous systems
- Lead scenario planning for 2026+ technological disruptions (quantum, biotech, metaverse)
- Develop AI bias mitigation protocols for enterprise applications
- Present futurist insights to C-suite and government stakeholders
- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines with R&D teams
- Author whitepapers on responsible AI adoption
- Advise on regulatory compliance for emerging tech
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or futurist strategy
- Published work on technology ethics (IEEE, ACM, Nature)
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong systems thinking and causal modeling skills
- Public speaking at global tech conferences
