Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce ethical AI governance protocols for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional task forces on bias mitigation and algorithmic fairness
- Develop compliance frameworks for emerging quantum-computing ethics standards
- Partner with legal teams to navigate evolving AI legislation and regulatory landscapes
- Design corporate responsibility initiatives for generative AI deployment
- Conduct periodic ethics audits of machine learning pipelines
- Represent the company in international AI ethics forums and coalitions
- Train leadership teams on ethical AI decision-making frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance leadership roles
- Proven experience developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for large-scale ML models
- Strong background in stakeholder communication for technical ethics topics
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., Google's AI Ethics Certificate)
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or AI societal impact
