Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-scale autonomous systems
- Lead stakeholder dialogues with policymakers, researchers, and industry consortia
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI deployment pipelines
- Develop continuous monitoring protocols for algorithmic accountability
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and compliance reporting
- Coordinate with legal teams on regulatory strategy across 15+ jurisdictions
- Mentor ethics officers in satellite innovation hubs globally
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in deploying governance frameworks for LLMs/autonomous systems
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and other emerging regulations
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or value alignment
- Experience leading cross-cultural ethics committees in tech environments
- Deep understanding of existential risk mitigation strategies
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CAG, CAIGI) required
