Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines

- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineers, legal experts, and ethicists
- Author whitepapers on AI policy implications for regulatory bodies
- Establish continuous monitoring protocols for deployed AI systems
- Advocate for inclusive design practices in AI development lifecycles
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Proven experience auditing large-scale neural networks and generative models
- Published research on AI alignment or value alignment problems
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
- Experience testifying before technology ethics committees
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or ACM
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI system implementations
