Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics governance frameworks and audit protocols
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on ethical AI principles and risk mitigation
- Conduct adversarial testing of AI systems to identify bias, fairness, and transparency gaps
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption through white papers, industry panels, and regulatory submissions
- Establish real-time monitoring dashboards for ethical compliance and algorithmic accountability
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Lead incident response protocols for ethical violations and algorithmic failures
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record designing AI ethics frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.) and compliance methodologies
- Deep understanding of algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in responsible AI forums
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, AIGP) preferred
