As our AI Ethics & Governance Lead, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ethical principles into AI lifecycles, conduct risk assessments for emerging technologies, and pioneer industry standards for transparent AI deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop policy blueprints for regulatory compliance in 2026's evolving tech landscape
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical guardrails in AI development pipelines
- Conduct risk assessments for emerging technologies like quantum-AI hybrids
- Represent Nexus Horizon in global AI ethics forums and standardization bodies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership role
- Expertise in implementing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven experience in bias mitigation and algorithmic transparency
- Strong background in risk assessment for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
