- Develop transparent explainability protocols for deep neural networks serving regulated industries
- Collaborate with policymakers on AI legislation for 2026 autonomous vehicle deployment
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for AI system behavior using blockchain-verified audit trails
- Train engineering teams in responsible AI development through immersive VR simulations
- Author annual AI Ethics Impact Reports for SEC and international regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI specialization
- 5+ years developing AI governance frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in IEEE Ethics or ACM FAccT journals on algorithmic fairness
- Certification in AI Risk Management (CAIRM) or Responsible AI Professional (RAIP)
- Expertise in implementing EU AI Act and California Consumer Privacy Act compliance
- Experience testifying before congressional subcommittees on AI policy
- Proficiency in Python for auditing ML models and TensorFlow Explainability Toolkit
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
