Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with global regulations and societal values
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations into the AI development lifecycle
- Create governance policies for autonomous systems and generative AI applications
- Represent the company in industry consortiums shaping AI ethics standards
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI practices and compliance requirements
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges and adapt governance strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years in AI governance, tech ethics, or regulatory compliance
- Expertise in frameworks like EU AI Act, NIST RMF, or IEEE Ethically Aligned Design
- Proven experience auditing high-stakes AI systems in regulated industries
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder engagement
- Deep understanding of AI risks: bias, privacy, autonomy, and societal impact
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., CSEP, CIPM) or equivalent expertise
