Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging regulatory standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Lead cross-functional task forces to establish responsible AI design principles
- Advocate ethical considerations throughout the AI development lifecycle from research to deployment
- Represent the organization in industry coalitions shaping global AI governance standards
- Train technical teams on ethical AI implementation best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record designing AI ethics frameworks for enterprise-level systems
- Expertise in regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in machine learning model auditing and bias mitigation
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical, legal, and executive teams
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Certificant, Stanford HAI) preferred
