Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits using advanced fairness metrics
- Design risk mitigation protocols for high-stakes AI deployments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical principles in ML pipelines
- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance for emerging AI legislation
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Produce white papers on AI ethics for industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US frameworks)
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder communication
- Experience with MLOps and AI lifecycle management
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Stanford HAI)
